Emma came out of the bedroom looking like this this morning. She does have an eye for fashion.
We cut her hair into a chin length bob last week. She loves it and so do I. We haven't had ANY hair trials since the cut. Not to mention it doesn't seem to get as messy either.
This next picture is of my hand. It actually looks worse in real life. Ben and I have taken up karate on Tuesday evenings. It has been a lot of fun but I had a little mishap last week when instead of hitting the mat I hit the floor. Yes, it did hurt. For a little while there I was afraid I broke my hand. But hey it would have been pretty cool to tell everyone I broke my hand doing karate. One tough Mom!!
This was Easter morning after the "Easter Bunny" came. We had a great time.
Keeping this current will make me take more pictures of everyone. Which will be a great thing. Ben will keep taking pictures with his camera too. He takes some really neat ones.
Well here goes. I thought this would be a good way to keep you all up on the happenings of the Jacobs household. I'm go good at writing letters and calling so this was the only way I could think of to keep in touch.
We've been doing school down at Grandma's. Emma, Charles and Daniel got to do a little craft. Emma did a great job. I think we'll get them done this week. Bryan was helping Daniel. They worked well together.
Emmalena and Charles are about the same age and he fits right in with everyone. We will miss him when he has to leave.
The weather has been beautiful. I think we are all ready for spring. The kids are looking forward to being able to be outside all day long. We have to get back into the sunscreen mode though. Ben and Emma both got a sunburn this weekend.
